My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and spacious with high-speed WiFi but the bed was hard, and there were some maintenance issues. The service was friendly and courteous, especially Ms. Pinky at the front desk. The location was excellent, near key attractions but could have been more central. The dining experience was good overall, with delicious food but could offer more choice. My overall experience offered a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
